Do we want to grant access to group to potential contributors
or just add them to individual projects?

Now we have separate project with elevated access this should ease security concerns

Agreement after discussion:
Delegates are owners (delegates can also add new owners if there is technical need for that)
DDs who are members of teams can be Developers - and longer-term members,
who are actively contributing, Maintainers
non-dd should have less rights (especially not add other people to group or to projects)

ToDo: create page with team description, communication channels, how to join, etc.
Similar to what Python team uses - you need to send email, describe shortly
who you are, what you intend to do, etc.

Clean up wiki pages?
Current setup (wiki.d.o) might be technically sunset.
But there will be new solution.
We need to remove obsolete and superflous information from there.
Especially avoid repetition - if something is described elsewhere, don't put
it on wiki (just put link to relevant info).
