- pkg-perl-tools: dpt-fixup: adjust to libconfig-model-dpkg-perl/#1125967 
- attempting to fix #1069101: libdbd-oracle-perl: requires rebuild for time_t transition:
  building is doable, but since RH-like don't use proper binary multi-arch 
  paths, we need to manually move the lib binaries in the resulting deb  
  packages or after the install in the sbuild chroot. I don't have enough time to 
  do that right now, so I guess I'll leave it for next time (nodens)
- work on #1039315: pinto: ships sysv-init script without systemd unit:
  Service file pushed to git, but I lack time to test it properly, I'll revisit that later
  unless someone familiar with pinto wants to give it a try :) (nodens)
  
- reply to #1125451: announce impending libmail* ecosystem bump
  to version 4.y, but clarify that the issue is not fixed yet;
  upstream author shown up on 22nd and released version 4.02 of
  libmail-message-perl which fixes the bug, so uploaded 4.02-1
  later on.
