Subject: non-reproducible builds of core Debian packages

Hi all,

Lunar recently[1] tested 172 core source packages for build reproducibility. 52 packages (30%) are reproducibly buildable, 94 packages (55%) do not use dh and 18 packages (10%) cannot be rebuilt identically.

If your package does not use the dh debhelper command sequencer, this means that the dh_fixmtimes command will not be run.
