** Ruby 1.8, 1.9, 2.0 got removed
*** ruby1.8 will stay installed if you manually installed it, there are no Conflicts: set
** rails4.1 waiting for ruby-sdoc to reach testing
** redmine is (almost) working with rails4

* Things we want to do

** A website to automatically convert gems to (rough) Debian packages? + APT repository

** ruby-policy: should move to Debian policy (similar to Perl policy)
** gem2deb website as a service for admins?
** Team Sprint: delay until after freeze, as we're ok with RC bugs

** Remove leaf packages that are of no use / outdated (e.g. ruby-hpricot)
   Cross last upload time with popcon to find these packages

** gem install into $HOME if user is not root


* Feedback
