Discussion
1. Delegation or not. powers to the team vs mediators
 - OdyX: Yes and No. It should be delegated, but no specific powers are needed.
 - Moray: There's no point in having a team that can't enforce their proposed
   solutions
(Larjona): I think it's good that the powers are balanced.
I feel that a-h team making a recommendation to the team is ok.
If team don't listen or we perceive things are not going to work
or are not working, there is DAM and DPL, I guess...
 - Maybe an alternative approach would be to have each team of a given set
(which? don't ask me right now) name a member, and antiharassment becomes
a task on which a participant from each relevant team is a part? (instead
of just a team made of "externals to everything"?)

 - OdyX: other teams' delegations could be reduced to have the a-h team have
power. ← maybe this could be somewhat addressed by my suggestion just above?
 - Enrico: power correlates with responsibility. A-H can recommend that an
account is removed, but DAM is the person responsible for membership.
Safety is a shared responsibility. <<< larjona agrees.
   Also:
    - if AH is given responsibility it should also be given the powers they need
      to act on them
    - safety is a shared responsibility and AH can be the team making sure that
      no ball is dropped
 - Tincho: de-centralization might lead to not being able to enforce.
We need to have a team that has the authority to protect our members.
 - Hydroxide: different powers lead to different interactions, it's important
   to take into account that.

2. How to report activity to the project
 - Tincho: not much reporting is needed
 - Moray: once a year is probably enough (like the summary here)
 - Enrico: "Bits from the Anti-Harassment team", with examples and information
   on how to report
larjona: please for example be vocal about the report i gave (liked it? vague? numbers are not so important?

3. How to strengthen the team
 - Ana: should we pay someone for handling this kind of issues?
 - Moray: it might be hard to get someone to respect the decisions if it's
   someone from outside the project.
 - bkuhn: would the team have an interest with someone that has explicit
experience? My wife works on a domestic violence shelter, she could share
   expertise.
 - Enrico: if we are spending money, it could be for training the members (and
not just AH members). << larjona agrees.
- larjona: i think having some contact names of specialists to maybe ask is very interesting.

- At least *prevention* should be a collective effort.

4. More issues will come. Tackle at team level?

5. Name of the team - Brainstorming
(last item the name, so the brainstorming can grow freely, please add your suggestions)
- Tincho: without scope it's difficult
- Biella: in Tor there's "The community council", but that's a very broad scope.
- Hydroxide: "Fostering a welcoming and inclusive community" is also part of
the goal of the "Diversity Team" that is currently forming.

- Commmunity empowerment and anti-harassment
- Community moderation and anti-harassment
- Code of conduct and anti-harassment
- Mutual respect watch
- Police
- Pro-awesomeness team
- Respect and Inclusivity Team -> respect@debian.org
