* Relaunch the DPN? 
- for some people, only source of news they read
- "every month would be nice" for these readers
- joostb: I still read something new in the DPN every time 
- MagicFab - I've used archives to summarize *yearly* activity at Software Freedom Day - very useful! -
- larjona: my dificulties to put time on dpn is that it requires 
a chunk of time that about 1h, it's difficult for me to do it
in smaller times. And usually my spare times are shorter, so 
I go for micronews... Timezone makes difficult to gather 2 or 3 persons at the same time to "do the DPN"

* Suggestions
 - Every team could write a short news items to contribute it
 - Local groups could be sollicited for event news (reports/blog/etc.)
 - DPN "sprints"? larjona: maybe I can call once in a month for a DPN sprint (europe timezone), and cnote another one (america timezone), mailing to debian-publicity@ and hopefully other people join? Yes, I'd join / invite others (@MagicFab)

- Fix the Twitter bridge from microNews (it posts to @debian)
- Fix or check Facebook.com/debian bridge

- Tag micronews? Make them searchable so search results can be syndicated too (eg. "Debian + Python micronews)? (larjona uses grep -nr in the git repo :D )
- Document/expose Mastodon relay  -> larjona will write wiki page
- Is there a Diaspora relay? -> larjona thinks "no". Volunteers -> I have an account, can look into it - from IRC: schestowitz@joindiaspora.com relays a lot
- Nothing in Google Plus -> bridging there may be difficult (auth problems)? Google does not make it easy RSS -> G+ (AFAIK)
- Put a real name for DPN submitter/author instead of "Debian Micro news" (ana) << ana, I didn't want my name to appear all the time... (the micronews feed is now in the TVs in DebConf)
- Add contact info and IRC channel info at https://micronews.debian.org/pages/contribute.html - can Micronews be contributed to the mailing list? GIT may be high-barrier for some

* Enlarging the team (reader -> puntual contributor -> regular contributor -> delegate)
 - I am trying to organize the local groups. One obvious way to grow the group is make every local group contact part of the team (in terms of contributor) - @MagicFab
 - Solicit all via Twitter
 - "How to contribute"? -> add a link from Welcome/Contributors in wiki, expose this more

* How to get more content. We offer many ways of contributing content, but we get few submissions.
 - From Local Groups
 - From social networks
 - From teams (sollicit/monitor them monthly for news) << this has been tried and not much results : / (larjona) ok, then needs revisiting/finding incentives

* We have no easy way to share other content that text. Images or videos should go to bits.

* Would it help to set regular IRC team meetings? (e.g. first Friday of the month, 20:00 UTC)
Yes, monthly sounds reasonable.

* Make a list of the channels or topics (e.g. mailing lists) that each team member follows, and see if we cover much of Debian or big areas are uncovered (and people volunteer to put an eye on them?)

* Debunking the "my English is not good enough, I'll not send news to publish" excuse :)

* Help the website team to audit or keep updated certain sections, and report updates on them (e.g. users, ports, blends, debian-installer, vote).

* Adopt a Debian channel! (press coverage, timeline, dpn, micronews, bits, announcements). Each channel can have several adopters. Adopters care to publish in that channel (create content, publish on time, etc)

+1 the above items should be in "DebPubTeam suggested tasks" or similar to delegate /assign
