 o What did you like about your work with the global team, what did you like
   about your work with the DebConf committee?
 o What should be improved on the global team, what should be improved on the
   DebConf committee?
 o Found budgeting and finalising challenging
  o Try to finalize budget 6 months earlier next year
 o Finding accurate estimation of attendees...
 o Visa application deadlines?
 o Too many tasks just has one person, should really be at least two people per
   task/function/team
 o food: worthwhile spending extra time learning about local venue bureaucracies
   like catering contracts etc etc etc
 o meetings: timezone differences result in lack of all the ideal people being in
   the meetings, or meetings being rushed
 o when a local team is new, they may need some more attention and guidance
 o need local team members on front desk, could've had more training this year,
   should improve this for dc20 team next year
 o should try to have debconf+1 localteam be more involved with current debconf
   planning/organisation/etc
