Topics:

1) Joining efforts DebConf / Debian (DSA, ...) / LTS (aka the annual discussion :))?

Idea:
join efforts with debconf and debian fund raising, we could close "packages", long
term agreements (e.g. sponsorship agreement for several years), not only for debconf
but for DSA and other things.

How much money do we need, how do we want to spend it
  * DebConf - 150k USD/year
  * DSA hardware - 50k USD/year
  * More Outreachy students ? We need first fix the process before adding more money to 
  * LTS ?
  * Salsa hosting ?
  * DebConf infrastructure (video, network) ?
