Summary from last year:
o VCS migration happend thanks to alioth going away
o Links for git diff commands now instead of links to diffs as salsa times out
 on the links often

Design work:
 o Rework front pages
 o One new download page

Content:
 o too much
 o bit-rotted
we had the debian-website bof where Thomas shoed an example of an cleanup of the home page
  https://informatik.uni-koeln.de/public/lange/debian-homepage/
there are also gobby note off this BoF

  https://www-staging.debian.org/ is available

Three simple questions that jmw mentioned earlier for a good website:
  Answer these questions:
  1. am I in the right place?
  2. does it feel good?
  3. where do I go next?

Points to consider:
o Build using GitLab CI? << this looks quite difficult! proposals welcome :-)
o why not split https://www.debian.org/doc/ out? sth like https://docs.debian.org/
o What content is needed in what language? Probably not all.
o translations need to also be rethinked
 o Integration with security-tracker.debian.org
We have 28.000 dsa-*.wml files (more than 50%), let's move most of them to an archive
    ^ better do it periodically
o steps to move away from wml, perhaps
o I highly recommend the use of Hugo (https://gohugoio.io/) to replace WML.
Hugo is already in Debian. ;-)

 Time for a sprint?
  Definitely!
  Let's visit Laura ;-)
