Let’s have a "Subline - Submarine civlian voyages" BoF
A grassroots movement to make civilian submarine travel across the atlantic and pacific oceans possible.  To transport people between continents, for an intellectual, cultural, and creative exchange of people.
The presenter \join_subline is in Toronto, Canada.  So will be attending over Jitsi.

Purpose:

1. Firstly explore what the needs are of the initiative - why is blockchain required for this?
2. Brief lay-out of the technical requirements for the blockchain approach.
3. Can FOSS approach do this as well? Better? Explore the technical approach using other tools.
